The schools will have various facilities like stadiums and a library. At a meeting yesterday with Jordanian Education Ministry Secretary General Satam Awad, Dr. Al-Sayed discussed ways of implementing the Bahraini royal donation. The Education Ministry will cooperate with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in running the schoos. The RCO Secretary General also met Ayman Riyadh Al Meflah, Secretary General of the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation (JHCO), the executive party of the project which is hoped to be completed in one month. He also discussed with UNICEF coordinator to Jordan Dominique Hyde the organisational procedures to administer the schools and curricular as well as coordinate with relevant parties in charge of implementing the project for both primary and intermediate levels. He also met Planning and International Cooperation Minister Jafar Abdul Hassan, who is in charge of running the affairs of the Syrians in Jordan. The minister praised the royal donation, lauding brotherly cooperation between Bahrain and Jordan.
