Arab women committee meetings kick off in Manama
Ahmed Aboul Gheit up Bahrain to attend the meetings of the Arab Women
Manama - MENA
The 36th session of the Arab Women Committee kicked off here on Monday in the presence of Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit.
Arab ministers, regional and international organizations concerned as well senior officials in charge of women affairs are participating in the meeting.
The session will discuss a number of issues addressing women issues, the Arab agenda for sustainable development of women in 2030, women and security, political participation of women as well as regional and international cooperation as regard empowerment of women in the various fields.
