Egypt's Zamalek midfielder, Ahmed Refaat, denied his objection to the coaching staff, led by Mohamed Helmy, after being left out of the squad for the match against Al Nasr Lel Ta’deen, in the twenty round of Premier League, in which the white team defeated Al Nasr 2-0  in a one-sided game.

Refaat revealed in a statement for Arabs Today, that he did not meet with any member of the coaching staff to express his objection, stressing that he respects the coaching staff's point of view.

"The general coach Khalid Jalal and assistant coach Mohammed Sabri asked me about my readiness to participate in the game in the last training, and assured them my readiness, but the coaching staff preferred to exclude me, because I was complaining of injury in the muscle of macrophages," he added.

Refaat stressed that he is committed to the instructions of the coaching staff and he is ready to participate in the games at any time, he knows his duties well.

The midfielder revealed he seeks to help his team in the competition for all tournaments in the current period, especially as Zamalek competes to win the league and the Egypt's cup , in addition to the African Champions League.
