Fawad expresses grief over Begum Kulsoom’s demise

Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain Tuesday expressed deep grief over the sad demise of Begum Kulsoom Nawaz, who breathed her last in a London hospital after a protracted illness.
The minister, in his condolence message, offered condolence and expressed sympathies with the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz workers and members of the bereaved family. He prayed to the Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant her exalted place in the heaven. He also prayed for grant of courage and fortitude to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
The minister said Begum Kulsoom Nawaz was a brave woman, who remained steadfast during times of hardship and tribulation.
The news of her death, he said, was received during a meeting on local government. Prime Minister Imran Khan, who was chairing the meeting, paused its proceedings and paid tribute to her, he added.
