Bahrain strongly condemns terror attack in El Arish

Bahrain has strongly condemned the terrorist acts that took place in the Egyptian city of El Arish resulting in the death and injury of a number of officers and civilians.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs offered its sincere condolences to the families of the martyrs, wishing a speedy recovery to those who were injured in these terrorist acts.
The ministry reiterated Bahrain’s firm stance with Egypt in its war against all forms of terrorism, its supporters and its financing, as well as its full support for the measures taken by Egypt to protect its security and stability.
The ministry affirmed Bahrain’s stance in rejecting violence, extremism and terrorism and its financing, stressing the need to strengthen international cooperation and concerted efforts to eliminate terrorism.
