The death toll rises to 142 in express train derailed in northern Uttar Pradesh state of India, officials said Monday, as rescue operations were declared over.
"142 bodies have been found so far, out of which 110 have been identified," Inspector General of Police, Kanpur, Zaki Ahmad said .
