The army and popular forces fired artillery shells on positions of Saudi-paid mercenaries in the border area between Hajjah and Jizan provinces, a military official said Sunday.
The national forces shelled the positions on Saturday in north of Medi desert, Alttewal and Almawsem areas in the northern border area, causing serious casualties upon the enemy.
The Saudi aggression warplanes launched more than 13 airstrikes on Haradh and Medi districts during the past hours, the official added.
