The Saudi Ministry of Interior has announced that two security men were injured by a bomb blast while they were on duty yesterday.
The Saudi Press Agency quoted a security spokesman of the ministry as saying that the patrol was operating near the roundabout of Al-Rif neighborhood in Al-Awamiya, Qatif Governorate, and the blast resulted in the injury of two security men who were taken to hospital.
"The security authorities have begun investigation into that terrorist crime which is still under security follow-up," the spokesman added.
