Suicide leaders killed in Daraa

The army and armed forces, backed by popular defense groups, achieved more successes in fighting terrorists in different areas of the country by expanding established control areas, killing terrorist organizations’ leaders and destroy their weapons.

An army unit killed Saturday a number of terrorists including terrorist Zouhair Hussein al-Zoubi, one of the the so-called leaders of Jabhat al-Nusra-affiliated “Karama brigade”, in the southern city of Daraa according to SANA News Agency on Saturday.

A military source told SANA that the army conducted a special operation against a gathering of terrorists in Daraa Balad neighborhood in the southern city of Daraa where a number of terrorists leaders were killed including al-Zoubi, while others were injured.

Meanwhile, a group of terrorists were killed and injured and their weapons were destroyed in an operation targeting their gatherings in Attman town in the northern countryside of the Province.
