Sharjah Ruler meets Saudi delegation of poets and writers

H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, today met with a Saudi Arabian delegation of poets and literary figures.
During the meeting, His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah highlighted the strong ties between the UAE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as the constructive relations in various developmental and cultural realms that support the two nations' progress at all levels.
H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed exchanged viewpoints with the delegation on literary, cultural, and poetic themes that resonate across various communities within the Arab world, and that also contribute to preserving its literary and cultural heritage.
The delegation expressed their thanks and gratitude to H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan for his interest and support for the onward march of literature and poetry in Arab culture.
