HRH Premier congratulates Shaikh Nasser

His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to Representative of HM the King for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa on his qualification for the IRONMAN World Championship which will be held in Hawaii in October 2018.
Shaikh Nasser was able to qualify for the international event after winning first place in the IRONMAN Middle East Amateur Championship which was hosted by Bahrain from November 23 to 25.
HRH the Prime Minister expressed heartfelt congratulations to Shaikh Nasser on the achievement which, he said, reflects strenuous efforts, hard work and continuous training in preparation for the international championship. He also underlined Shaikh Nasser’s remarkable role in promoting this sport in Bahrain as part of his efforts to boost the sport momentum in the kingdom.
