Flag Day is a national event that Emiratis are proud

Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Tourism Development Department, ATDD, has affirmed that Flag Day is a national event that Emirati citizens are proud of, as it represents their love for the nation.

He confirmed that the department will encourage and promote this pride, through a variety of related events.

Al Nuaimi added that the focus of the event by the Ajman Tourism Development Department, in particular, and the Emirate of Ajman, in general, reflects their earnest belief in the importance of the nation’s flag as an expression of love and gratitude to the country, in light of its achievements in all areas.

Sheikh Abdulaziz went on to explain that the department has prepared several events, where he will also participate, including a flag-raising ceremony with several directors-general and officials from three agencies - Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, Ajman Holding Group, and Ajman Tourism Development Department.

The department’s hosting of this national event will highlight the spirit of loyalty to the nation and its leadership, as well as the rich culture and heritage of the country.

Saleh Mohamed Al Geziry, Director-General of ATDD, said that the flag raising ceremony will include formalities that express the spirit of loyalty to the nation.
