Expo 2020 Dubai is a source of national pride: RAK Ruler

Expo 2020 Dubai will provide an unprecedented platform that will showcase to the world the achievements of the UAE's creative development process and its constructive role in contributing to the creation of a better future for all mankind, H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras al-Khaimah has said.

During a meeting with Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashimy, Minister of State for International Cooperation, and Director-General of the Dubai Expo 2020 Bureau, the RAK Ruler added that Expo 2020 Dubai will provide an exceptional and unique experience that will be a source of pride for all the UAE.

"We must seize this important opportunity to build a sustainable legacy that will benefit our nation, which is moving forward to consolidate its position as a leading country and a model to be emulated globally in various fields under the guidance of its wise leadership and the aspirations of its ambitious sons," H.H. Sheikh Saud Al Qasimi said.

Reem Al Hashimy presented Al Qasimi with a detailed explanation on the latest expo construction and installation works and projects.

The meeting was attended by Najeeb Mohammed Al-Ali, Executive Director of the Expo 2020 Bureau, and a number of local Sheikhs and officials.
