Egypt amends some provisions of criminal procedures code

The cabinet on Wednesday approved a bill amending a number of provisions of the code of criminal procedures no 150 of the year 1950.
The amendments include changing the first and second paragraphs of article 395 of the code.
A new article will be also added to the code.
