DEWA named main sponsor of Dubai Forum for Government Best Practices 2017

The Dubai Government Excellence Programme, DGEP, has announced that Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, DEWA, will be the main sponsor of the Dubai Forum for Government Best Practices.

The Dubai Forum for Government Best Practices is an annual knowledge-sharing platform held under the patronage of Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Organised by The General Secretariat of the Executive Council of Dubai, the forum will take place on 7th-8th November at Dubai World Trade Centre.

Abdulla Al Shaibani, Secretary-General of the Executive Council, said, "For nine years, the Dubai Forum for Government Best Practices has instilled the pursuit of excellence and innovation within government. Now in its 10th year, the forum will build on its earlier successes under the theme of ‘An inspiring government shapes the future and achieves happiness’. This theme calls on all government entities to embrace global best practices, and it salutes the vision of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who has made happiness and positivity a government commitment."
