Agthia Group has graduated 11 UAE nationals in the second year of their Career Enhancement Programme, CEP, which aims to accelerate the careers of high-performing Emirati employees within the group.

Tariq Ahmed Al Wahedi, Chief Executive Officer of Agthia Group, said, "This programme directly addresses one of the UAE's most pressing challenges, which is to guide and encourage young Emiratis in the workplace. Teaching young people about leadership skills and business is key to building their own job security and an economically prosperous future".

Mubarak Al Mansoori, Senior Vice President - Human Capital and Organisation Development at Agthia, said, "With every edition of the CEP, we are equipping our future leaders across all levels to best utilise their skill set and accelerate their careers with us. Succession planning is an essential part of best practice in management. In our mission to become the most valued company in our sector, we want to make sure that our growth is secure, sustainable and always in capable hands".
