Russian Defense Ministry criticized on Tuesday allegations of the Pentagon which said that the majority of territories which were under the grip of Daesh terrorist organization have been liberated by the efforts of “the US-led international collation.”
“The number of the Coalition strikes against terrorists in Eastern Syria during the last month didn’t exceed 3 to 5 ones, while the Russian air force have carried out 672 sorties that destroyed more than 1450 targets,” the Russian defense Ministry said in a statement.
In a relevant context, the Ministry announced that 6 strategic bombers of TU 22 M3 have struck gatherings for Daesh near al-Sayal area in Deir Ezzor countryside
