President of Timor-Leste Receives Credentials of Qatar's Ambassador

President of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste Taur Matan Ruak has received the credentials of HE Ahmed bin Jasim Al-Hamar as non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to Timor-Leste.
The Ambassador conveyed greetings of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to President Ruak and HH's best wishes of good health and happiness, and for the people of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste further progress and prosperity For his part, the President of Timor-Leste entrusted HE the Ambassador to convey his greetings to HH the Emir, wishing him good health and happiness and for the Qatari people further progress, development and prosperity.
He also wished the Qatari Ambassador success in his mission, stressing to provide all the support to enhance bilateral relations between the two countries towards a closer cooperation in various fields.
