
Delegations taking part in the fifth round of Syrian talks in Geneva have all arrived in the city, the media office of U.N. envoy to Syria, Staffan de Mistura, announced on Thursday.
U.N. Syria deputy envoy, Ramzi Ezzedine Ramzi, said the United Nations started a series of preliminary meetings today with participant delegations, adding that preliminary talks started with the Syrian regime's delegation and another one will be held with the other groups to prepare for tomorrow's talks
