Interior Minister Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah receives British Parliamentary delegation.

Interior Minister Lt-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received today a British Parliamentary delegation led by Nicholas Soames.
The meeting was attended by Bahraini Ambassador to the UK Shaikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Deputy Interior Minister Shaikh Talal bin Mohammed Al Khalifa and Chief of Public Security Major-General Tariq Al Hassan.
The Interior Minister welcomed the delegation that will take part in the Manama Dialogue 2017, highlighting the important topics ton the event's agenda. He briefed the UK officials on the efforts of the Interior Ministry to protect security and safety of the public under the reform project of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. He also reviewed strong historical ties between the two countries and topics of common interest. (MOI)
