Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al-Khalifa, met today with Japanese State Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, Masahisa Sato, and the accompanying delegation on the occasion of his visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain.


The Undersecretary praised the friendly ties and cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Japan as well as the progress in various political, economic and cultural fields among others.

She affirmed the Kingdom’s keenness on further bolstering relations for the benefit of the two countries and their peoples.

The State Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan praised the progress of bilateral relations in all fields, affirming the importance of bolstering these ties at various levels. He congratulated the Undersecretary on her new post at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
