Afghanistan’s Ambassador to Pakistan Janan Mosazai has said that the majority of militants fleeing military operations in the tribal areas of Pakistan join Daesh terrorist group in Afghanistan, Khaama Press reported on Thursday.

While talking to a seminar in Islamabad, Mosazai said about 60 to 70 per cent of militants who have fled Mohmand and Orakzai tribal areas have crossed the border into Afghanistan and joined Daesh.

Mohmand area shares a border with Kunar and Nangarhar provinces from where they enter into Afghan territory.
