President of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Shaikh Salman bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa received President of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Ahmed Ahmed on arrival in Bahrain today to take part in the meetings of the African and international federations which will be hosted by Bahrain this week.
Shaikh Salman welcomed CAF President wishing him a good stay in Bahrain and stressing keenness of AFC on boosting bilateral cooperation for the interest of football in the Asian and African Continents.
The CAF President thanked Shaikh Salman for the good welcome and hospitality, expressing happiness about Bahrain’s hosting of the extraordinary meeting of the African Confederation’s General Assembly and other international and continental meetings.
