Nahyan bin Mubarak receives Asian Boxing Confederation executives

Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development and Chairman of the General Authority of Youth and Sports Welfare, yesterday received the executives from the Asian Boxing Confederation.
Sheikh Nahyan welcomed the Chairman and members of the Confederation, stressing the keenness of the UAE to host the Asian Boxing Championship in the near future, considering the well-developed sports infrastructure in the UAE and its capacity for organising different international sporting events.
The officials praised the great development of UAE sports and their great success in hosting world's leading sports leagues, thanking Sheikh Nahyan for his warm reception and continuing interest in sports.
