FM Undersecretary receives Republic of Korea ambassador to the Sudan

The Undersecretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abdul Ghani Al Naiem, on Monday received the ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the Sudan, Ki- li Sug.
The meeting commended the developing relations between the two countries, following the recent visit by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Sudan to Seoul which was also followed by the meeting of the political consultation and the visit of the Korean Deputy Foreign Minister for economic affairs to the Sudan last April.
The meeting also reviewed ways to further develop cooperation and coordination between Khartoum and Seoul at the regional and international levels.
The undersecretary also seized the opportunity to reiterate Sudan's position towards the situation in the Korean peninsula and the concerned expressed by the Sudan about the international escalation there.
