Yemeni President and UN envoy discuss ways to revive solutions for peace

Yemeni President, Abdu Rabbo Mansour Hadi, met with the UN Secretary-General's envoy to Yemen, Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, on Saturday.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed peace prospects, according to the Yemeni News Agency.
The Yemeni President reiterated his administration's support for peace based on the three points of references, which are the Gulf Initiative, the outcomes of the Comprehensive National Dialogue, and the relevant UN resolutions.
Hadi explained that the coup militia continue to cause suffering and the exploitation of the Yemeni people, including the recruitment of children to implement their agendas.
The UN envoy expressed his support of the international community's efforts to achieve peace in accordance with the three reference points, saying there was a number of ideas to build on, including continuing the peace process and further dialogue, and the Kuwait-based consultations.
