Pope Tawadros leaves for Germany on papal visit

Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of Saint Marks Diocese left on Wednesday for Germany on a papal visit that will last till the end of October.
During his stay in Germany, the Pontiff is scheduled to give a lecture at the German Church. He will also meet Anba Damian, the general bishop of Copts in Germany as well as several German politicians and public figures.
Pope Tawadros will also open the Coptic Orthodox Church in Düsseldorf, Nordrhein-Westfalen.
