King Abdullah II will take part on Tuesday in a trilateral summit, which will be held in the Cypriot capital, Nicosia, along with Cypriot President, Nicos Anastasiades, and Greek Prime Minister, Alexis Tsipras.
Jordan News Agency (Petra) said that the tripartite summit talks will touch on prospects of joint cooperation between the three countries, in addition to current developments in the Middle East.
The three countries will also a number of bilateral and trilateral agreements and memoranda of understanding on vital sectors, primarily renewable energy, economy, health, agriculture, higher education, and maritime navigation. Jordan is attending, for the first time, the summit as part of efforts to build trilateral strategic cooperation in diverse fields and arenas.
