Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa will open at the Ritz Carlton Hotel tomorrow the ninth edition of Bahrain International eGovernment Forum and Bahrain Information Technology Exhibition.

 

Bahrain Information Technology Exhibition 2018 will be open for two days, from 10 am to 3 pm on the first day and from 8 am to 3 pm on the second day.

 

The forum will address a number of issues which will be tackled by more than 20 speakers in cyber security and privacy, digital transformation, cloud computing, data analysis and block chain technology.

 

A ministerial session will be organised for the first time at the forum during which Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Shaikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa and Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism Zayed bin Rashid Al Zayani will speak about digital transformation in the public sector in Bahrain.
