Ajman Ruler issues Emiri Decree re-organising Parents and Teachers Council
Ajman - Arab Today

H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, has issued Emiri Decree No. 25 of 2017 on the re-organisation of the Ajman Parents and Teachers Council.

The Decree is based on the recommendations of the council's Chairman concerning the urgent need to amend Emiri Decree No.1 of 2002. It concerns the council's organisation structure, commensurate with the volume of work and tasks entrusted to the council, the maintenance of school buildings, and the availability of channels to ensure cooperation between school administrators, parents and guardians, and other state entities to resolve issues that could impede the education sector in the emirate, and achieve the goals and objectives of the Ajman 2021 vision.

The new Decree shall cancel Emiri Decree No.1 of 2002 pertaining to the Ajman Parents and Teachers Council.

The Emiri Decree shall go into effect from the date of its signing, and will be published in the Official Gazette and circulated to all relevant authorities for implementation.
