Ajman Ruler issues Emiri Decree amending formation of Board of Trustees

H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, has issued the Emiri Decree No. 24 for 2017, amending the formation of the Board of Trustees of the Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi Charity Foundation.
The Decree was issued after reviewing the Emiri Decree No. 03 for 2017 concerning the charity foundation, and the Emiri Decree No. 11 for 2017 on forming of its Board of Trustees and the recommendations of H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, Chairman of Ajman Executive Council and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the foundation.
According to the Decree, the board will be presided over by Sheikh Ammar Al Nuaimi, and includes Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi as Vice-President, as well as Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Dr. Abdullah Mohammed Al Ansari, Hamad Abdullah Al Shamsi and Ahmed Ibrahim Rashid Al Al-Ghamlasi as members.
The Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and circulated to the parties and relevant authorities in the Emirate to act in accordance therewith.
