Daesh only existed on the borderline with Syria
Objectives of 2nd phase of Hawija operations accomplished

Hawija Liberation Operation Commander Abdullamir Yarallah said on Saturday that objectives of the second phase of Hawija military operation have been accomplished.
In a statement, Yarallah noted that Iraqi forces and the Mobilization Forces are now in full control of Hamrin Mountains and continue advancing to achieve targets that have been specified for the second phase of the operation to liberate Hawija city, Al Iraqiya news channel reported.
Prime Minister Haider al Abadi announced earlier the liberation of Hawijah city from Daesh terrorist group, asserting that Daesh terrorist group only existed on the borderline with Syria.
