Salman Khan will be in Dubai on May 15 and 16 along with the award-winning director Kabir Khan and music composer Pritam to launch the first song from their highly-anticipated war drama, Tubelight.

“Come Eid and Salman does not disappoint his fans. They have to expect an Eid gift and this time it is his home production, Tubelight... The three will be here to launch the first song from the film,” said Chetan Fernandes, founder and CEO of MediumLarge.

Written and directed by Kabir Khan, the film is set against the backdrop of 1962 Sino-Indian war. Khan plays a man from India who falls in love with a Chinese woman.

The film is scheduled to release in the UAE on June 22.

Kabir and Salman have enjoyed a successful working relationship with blockbusters such as Bajrangi Bhaijaan and the Ek Tha Tiger series.
