Egyptian, Brazilian universities sign cooperation protocol

Aswan University, under the presidency of Mansour Kebash, signed Monday a protocol with Brazil’s Federal University of Rio de Janeiro on enhancing joint technological and scientific cooperation.
The signing ceremony came as part of the Aswan University’s Portuguese cultural day. It was witnessed by the heads of the Portuguese and Brazilian diplomatic missions in Cairo.
Ways to strengthen academic relations between the Egyptian, Portuguese and Brazilian universities and maintain scientific communication in the fields of medicine, engineering, energy and tourism, in addition to cultural dialogue, were all high on the agenda of the event
