Siwa organization launches culture project between Iraq and France

Iraqi Minister of Culture and Tourism ,Freid Rwandze received in his office the director of Siwa Organization ,Yakota Belkacem to discuss cultural cooperation , where Belkacem offered a project extends to 2018, making Iraqi and French artists work together to reflect the Iraqi culture instead of the current image of war and destruction .
The Iraqi minster confirmed the importance of such project to give the world a positive image of Iraq , adding that this project still needs more details and more study , so it will be transferred to specialists for a better review .
He repeated his approval of the project as it is not only important to strengthen the relations between artists , but also between the two countries. He also mentioned his meeting with the French president Francois Hollande ,and the French Minister of Culture, praising France’s role to revive Iraq’s culture.
