Negotiations are still going on with field commanders of armed opposition groups active in Damascus, Homs, Aleppo, Al Quneitra provinces to join the ceasefire.

The number of armed groups that declared their commitment to the ceasefire terms remains 69, the bulletin said.

A ceasefire was brokered by Russia and the United States in Syria on February 27 but it did not include Daesh, Jabhat al Nusra and other groups recognized as terrorist by the United Nations Security Council.
