Three civilians were killed in the morning when their car hit a roadside bomb in Nad Ali district of Helmand, the governor's spokesman Omar Zwak told (Pajhwok) Afghan News. A separate explosion in the same area killed two public order police personnel and wounded a third, Zwak said, adding the second incident occurred when police were on their way to the site of the first attack to help the victims.
