Tamimi Markets has been named for the third year in a row among the “Top 100 Saudi Brands” by Al-Watan newspaper in its annual list recognizing the premier national corporations of the year.
Khaled Almayoof, manager of investments and government relations, received the award on behalf of Tamimi Markets, from Prince Khalid bin Faisal, governor of Makkah, and Prince Bandar bin Khalid, chairman of the board of directors of Al-Watan newspaper, in a ceremony in Jeddah.
The was study conducted by Al-Watan in cooperation with Ipsos, a major entity in market studies and research, based on scientific statistics and accurate field surveys. It surveyed hundreds of customers across Saudi Arabia to find out their preferred choice of brands.
Tamimi Markets has been serving customers for 37 years with its 37 supermarkets across Saudi Arabia. These supermarkets are in Al-Ahsa, Alkhobar, Dammam, Dhahran, Jubail, Riyadh and Al-Qassim.
More Tamimi Markets are slated to open soon in the Kingdom.
All Tamimi Markets are open 24 hours a day and offer signature departments that include hearth-baked brick oven goods, a full service bakery, deli, meat and seafood departments, as well as their proprietary healthy living section, which features organic, natural, gluten-free and healthier food options from around the world.
