Mobily recently organized a visit of Al Yamamah University students to Al Malga data center in Riyadh.
Mobily aims to introduce the students of Computer & Information Systems College closely and practically on what they are studying in their curriculums.
This is because Mobily data centers in Al Malga, are the “best in the Kingdom” and have won international classifications like (Tire IV) and (Tire III) from UPTIME institute, which is specialized in evaluating data centers worldwide.
Al Yamamah University delegation was preceded by Abdulaziz S. Al-Mazyad, dean of CCIS, who expressed his gladness and praised Mobily infrastructure and the technical capabilities of Al Malga data center.
The students listed to a detailed explanation on how data centers support Mobily infrastructure in relation to billing services, customer care, and operating systems, in addition to cloud computing and managed services provided by the company. The explanation included how operations continue at the data centers during emergencies, and the security settings Mobily conducts to ensure the best services to its clients.
The students thanked Mobily for this invitation to its data centers, which is set by state-of-the-art technologies.
Mobily organized a visit of the minister of communications and IT last week to the Al Malga data center, in order to present its latest technologies in support of the National Transformation Program and Vision 2030.
