
The customs taxes generated by Jewellery Arabia 2014 soared by 15 per cent to top BD482, 085.735 up compared with last year. The Customs Affairs today reported a substantial increase in the value of imported exhibits from different parts of the world which represented 79% of total products.
The event was held from November 18 to 22 with the participation of 353 companies from 27 countries with 9% increase than last year. The Customs Affairs provided major facilities for the participants, in order to transfer the exhibits from Bahrain International Airport to the exhibition venue in a remarkable time.
