The Egyptian company, Egygab for real estate, announced launching the third phase of "Compound Granda 1", the latest residential projects in Shoruk city, which is building on about 50 acres. The units 1 Granada are scheduled to be delivered  in 2018.

Regarding the proportion of sales, the CEO of the company, Mohamed Jaballah, said in exclusive interview with Arabs Today that sales ratio in Granda 1 reached to more than 45% of the total project, which includes areas ranging from 101 up to 216 square meters, while villas' area ranging from 400 up to 450 square meters.

Jaballah predicted that the project will achieve revenues worth billion pounds, adding that the project is a 427 apartments and grand villa.
