Nigeria's Buhari to formalise return to power Monday

Nigeria's President Muhammadu Buhari will send a letter to parliament next week to formally resume power, after nearly two months away on medical leave, his spokesman said on Friday.
Femi Adesina said in a tweet that the letter to the National Assembly will be sent on Monday, adding: "That makes his return to work formal, and constitutional."
