One person was killed and three others were injured in two booby-trapped car blasts in Baghdad.

The first bombing occurred in al-Mashtal district in eastern Baghdad city, leaving two persons injured, spokesman for the Baghdad Operations Command Brigadier General Saad Maan said in a statement.

The second blast, hit Abu Doshir district in southern Baghdad city, resulted in the killing of one person and the injury of another, he added.
