U.S. warplanes on Friday carried out strikes against a Daesh ISIS camp in the city of Sabratha, west of Libya, killing at least 40, according to a local hospital.
US military sources said that among those targeted in the air strikes was a senior Tunisian Daesh militant, Noureddine Chouchane who is believed to have played an instrumental role in the attacks last year on a Tunis museum and the Souse beach resort which killed dozens of people.
