Consumer prices have slid on an annual basis

Swedish household consumption was up 1.2 percent in the year to June 2014, official statistics agency Statistics Sweden said Friday.
Consumption increased 0.5 percent from May to June this year, the agency said.
In the year to June 2014, consumption of furniture and home furnishings as well as household supplies and other home items showed the biggest increase at 9.5 percent.
That was closely followed by consumption of postal and telecommunications services, which increased 9.1 percent in the same period.
Consumption of food and beverages showed the slowest growth, increasing 0.9 percent. The volume of all goods and services consumed increased by 2.6 percent.
From April to June 2014, the agency said consumption was up 3.4 percent compared with the same period in 2013.
