The Supervisory Committee at the Ministry of Manpower today held a meeting under the chairmanship of Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser al-Bakri, Manpower Minister to assess the latest developments in the implementation of the e-Government plan for the Ministry. The Information Technology Authority (ITA) showed a presentation on the basic stages of the project\'s implementation. The Technical Team also showed a presentation on the Ministry\'s plan to convert to electronic services according to plan of the Council of Ministers containing several stages, namely presence, interaction, dealing and financing, whose final stage is expected to be at the end of March 2015. The Ministry has started tallying all the services it provides, as the Ministry will start documenting all services, and then start the inspection process according to priorities and to end up as scheduled. The Ministry is committed to the implementation of the plan to be adopted before submitting it to ITA. The Ministry recently made significant steps in converting many of its services into electronic services where priority has been given to services that serve a larger segment of the beneficiaries, and these electronic services will be linked with all the Directorates General and Departments of the Ministry in the Governorates.
