French President Nicolas Sarkozy warned on Wednesday that Greece would not get any additional EU-IMF loan funds until it agreed to abide by the terms of last week's European bail-out plan. "The Europeans and the IMF can't release the sixth tranche of loans to Greece until Greece endorses the package of October 27, and all uncertainty due to the referendum is lifted," Sarkozy said, following crisis talks between top European leaders and Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou.
