Australian unemployment remains at 6.2%

Australia's unemployment rate remained at 6.2 percent, according to the new data released on Thursday.
The number of people employed rose by 24,100 in October, the Australian Bureau of Statistics said, and the number of people in full-time work climbed by 33,400, while those in part-time work fell by 9,400.
Economists say the slow employment growth should keep the Reserve Bank's interest rate of 2.5 percent unchanged for most of next year.
