Algeria and Switzerland signed Thursday in Geneva a bilateral agreement as part of the accession process of Algeria to the World Trade Organization (WTO), Spokesman of the Foreign Ministry Amar Belani said Friday. \"The agreement was signed by the Permanent Representatives of both countries and comes in the wake of the four agreements previously signed with Brazil, Uruguay, Cuba and Venezuela,\" Belani said. He added that the agreement will have a \"positive impact and will revitalize our accession process to the organization given the influential role played by Switzerland in the working group on Algeria’s accession to the WTO.\"
