Tokyo stocks ended higher by midday on yen\'s weakening, which increased hopes for robust earnings of issues heavily reliant on exports. The 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average advanced 151.51 points, or 1. 08 percent, from Friday to 14,239.70. The broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange was up 10.90 points, or 0.93 percent, at 1, 189.18. All 33 sectors gained, led by securities, electric machinery and paper issues.
